a. Full Refund: You may be eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days from the date of course enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 80% of the course content.
b. Partial Refund: After 7 days from enrollment or if you have accessed more than 50% of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on our discretion.
